We have two high capacity lasers, one 20000 watt fiber laser and one 6000 watt fiber CNC laser. Our cut speeds are second to none for carbon, stainless and aluminum.

Our capacity is 26 gauge through 2″ plate. We can handle sheet sizes up to 60″ x 120″, and can import most cad files. We can even convert images and pictures into cutting files. Our resolution is 0.005″ or better, and we can produce a burr free finish. We can cut carbon steels, stainless steels, aluminum, nickel alloys like AL6XN, C-22, C-276, Alloy 20 and more.

With our capabilities, we can handle quick turn around on quantities only dreamed of by other fabricators.

Press Brake

We have six press brakes ranging from 40 ton to 225 ton capacity. Our extensive inventory of dies means we can make many parts without having to go through the die creation process, which can save you both time and money.

Welding and Assembly

We are able to take your parts to the next level. We have all welding processes available including MIG and TIG welding. We are best at reproducing your part on scales up to 1,000,000 or can go as small as one or two. When combined with punching or laser cutting, we can save you time and cost doing it in one place

Component Options

Many options are available for your components including deburring, painting, powder coating and galvanizing. We have a wide variety of options to assist in production of your parts. We offer bagging services for those parts which need to be grouped in smaller quantities.
